Shipping & Delivery

At RE-PART, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed on working days only (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Most products are available from stock and delivered within 1–3 working days.
• If a product is not in stock, you will be notified via email with the expected delivery time.

Backorders

• If your order includes backordered items, we will inform you in advance.
• Orders with longer delivery times (more than 1 week) will always be discussed and confirmed with you.

Shipping Methods

• We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.
• Shipping method depends on product size and weight:
  • Standard parcel delivery
  • Pallet shipping for larger items

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Risk & Delivery Responsibility

• Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the delivery process begins.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
